Location: the hotel was adjacent to the main shops and shopping centre, and a beach and Ballina Players Theater. The room with kitchenette was value for money. The staff were thoughtful and caring; we had a very early check-in.

I took a deluxe room with bathroom amenities as well as very comfortable bed. A fridge and a microwave oven where available. The location was central, very close to netball fields, restaurants and shopping and town center👍😀

The hotel is located very close to a lovely walking path. the setting by the riverfront is beautiful. - I enjoyed trying some takeout specials at Bondies at the Bay. - It's convenient that the restaurant is at a moderate distance from the motel.

The food was good with lots of options. My bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped with comfy beds. - the location was quiet, near restaurants and shopping, family-friendly beaches, lovely riverside walks, and a short drive from Byron Bay, easily accessible.
